Disclaimer

1. Non-Affiliation Statement

AnonSanta is an independent, community-driven web application. The phrase "Secret Santa" refers to a widely recognized global holiday gift-giving custom. AnonSanta is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any specific commercial entity, charitable organization, or trademark holder of gift exchange games.

2. Accuracy and Reliability

The pairing generator uses the standard Fisher-Yates randomization algorithm with circular derangement constraints. While every effort is made to ensure bug-free, perfectly unbiased drawings, we make no formal guarantees regarding technical performance under all edge cases.

3. Participant Conduct and External Gifts

AnonSanta is solely a coordination tool. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or process payments for any physical gifts exchanged during your holiday events. Organizers and participants are solely responsible for setting appropriate budgets, vetting participant identities, and managing their own gift deliveries.

4. Third-Party Links & Advertising

Our website may contain links to external sites (such as gift idea recommendations or merchant links). We do not control or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
